Chris Griffen started his career working for Caterpillar in 1980. He worked on heavy equipment and then transitioned into generators.
After working in this field for many years he decided to start his own company.
A & J Power Systems was founded in 1995 by Chris & Lauri Griffen.
It is a family owned and operated business.
The company is named after the Griffen's two sons Adam & Jordan.

Both of the sons are involved with the company and work to take care of the day to day operations.
